Methods of payment

  • Which method of payment can I use for my purchase?

    To pay your purchase, you could use your credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or your debit card (4B or 4B Maestro) or a bank transfer. If you choose the bank transfer, the order will be prepared and sent when we will receive the amount in our banking account.

  • When is the payment made?

    The payment will be made when the order is effectuated; this is a perquisite to prepare it. The payment amount will be obtained adding the price of each product. The proof of the purchase will be sent by e-mail and it is possible to look up the section “My account > My orders”.
  • Why is my credit card rejected?

    Your credit card could be rejected by the following reasons:

    • The card may be expired. Check if your card does not exceed the validity date.
    • Maybe your card has reached its limit. Ask to your bank to know if the card has exceeded the allowed amount for purchasing.
    • Maybe you have put a wrong data. Check that you have correctly filled in all the necessary fields.
  • How could I obtain an invoice of my purchase?

    For each purchase there is an invoice, this one will be enclosed to the order and you will receive it on the delivery. If you have any doubt, you could ask by means of this form.

  • My payment has been failed, what can I do?

    You must contact our Cooperative to this number (+34) 957 77 05 29 or you could write us through this form and we will rapidly find out what has happened.
